THE COGNITIVE STYLE INDEX
Introduction
The Cognitive Style Index is a 38 item self-report questionnaire that measures a person’s preferred approach to processing information along a continuum ranging from Intuition to Analysis.

Individual differences in cognitive style have been shown to influence performance in both educational (article 1) and organizational settings (article 2).

This website enables you to complete the Cognitive Style Index (CSI) questionnaire, obtain your CSI score and interpret your results.

You may also use the CSI for measuring the cognitive styles of other subjects who may form part of your field studies when doing empirical research.
